FAQ

Do you offer scholarships?

Yes! We have an annual scholarship application that happens in December of each year. Click here to be notified the next time it opens.

I want to gift a Collective membership to somoene else. Can I do that?

Absolutely. As long as the person wants to receive the membership and is ready to commit wholeheartedly to their own development.

Do I get individual coaching & connection with Liz?

At the membership level, you have the opportunity to be coached by Liz in the monthly calls, and connect with her in the Facebook group. At the Incubator level, you receive two 1:1 coachings with Liz, as well as opportunities to schedule an unlimited amount of 15 minute appointments during her office hours.

What happens in a Collective meeting?

All Collective meetings happen online on Zoom video, and include reflection & alignment, gold reports, resource sharing and brainstorming, accountability, the opportunity to be coached by Liz, and actions and commitments. Replays are always available.

What happens after a year? Will the Collective continue?

That is the plan. The Collective is approaching its fourth year, and every year its format has evolved, based on where the members are and what Liz feels will serve them best.

I am looking for specific advice within my industry — will this work for me?

One of the intentions of the Collective is to bring women together from different backgrounds and industries so that we may rise higher together. You can find a wide variety of industry-specific learning opportunites elsewhere, but we have found that opportunities to cross-pollinate, and intentionally grow and expand together at the intersections are quite scarce. That being said, it’s quite likely you will find other members of the Collective who are in your industry, and we encourage you to find each other, and share resources, ideas, and experiences.
